Starting March 3rd, we look forward to serving you Fridays and Saturdays from 5:30 pm-9:00 pm. We are now serving Brunch on Sundays from 9am to 1pm.
In April and May Fork & Love will serve dinner Wednesday – Saturday 5:30 pm to 9pm and Brunch on Sundays 9am to 1pm.
Beginning in June, Fork & Love will be open Tuesday – Saturday 6pm to 10pm for dinner and Sunday 9am to 1pm for Brunch.

Meet Chef Haas
Chef Haas has been working in the food and beverage industry for over 15 years. He started his career shucking oysters in Charlottesville, Virginia during college and has traveled from coast to coast studying the culinary arts. Chef Haas also spent time in France where he trained in modern and classical French cuisine at a Michelin Star restaurant. In 2010 he found his way to the Sierra Nevada Mountains where he worked as the Executive Chef for the Evergreen Lodge for a few years before moving to the Monterey area to help open the Alvarado Street Brewery & Grill. While there he made sure all food at the brewery was made in-house, sourced from sustainable farms and ranches, with the majority of the food coming from California. “It’s never as easy as you think to make everything from scratch,” says Chef Haas.
Chef Haas has spent time cooking in many different kitchens over the years, from the home to the restaurant, and believes the most important ingredient next to salt is love. Love for the kitchen, love for the food. Some of Chef’s favorites are gnocchi, sausage, and raw cheesecake. As a member of Slow Foods USA, Green Chef/Blue Ocean and participant in the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch, Chef Haas has a passion for the farm-to-table approach, using whole ingredients to offer rustic cooking with a twist.
Now the love for the mountains has brought Chef Haas back and you’ll be able to find his fresh and satisfying creations at the newly named Fork & Love at Hotel Charlotte.
