5 Traditional rooms (from $99) all cozy and basic in their furnishings and decor each with a bed, dresser, reading lamp, television and a chair. The rate includes a pancake, sausage & scrambled egg buffet breakfast for 2 people and free internet, in room temperature control, free domestic phone calls. Most traditional rooms are queen bedded, although room 5 has two twins. Recent room enhancements include the installation of individually controlled ac units. A full rate schedule is posted above and online with our online availability.
2 Sets of Adjoining rooms (From $167/3 people, $225/4 people) cater to small groups and families traveling together. Adjoining rooms are two bedrooms connected by the bathroom. Connecting rooms 1&3 have a room with two twin beds, the other a queen bed. Connecting rooms 2&4 have a double bed and two twins. Each room has Dish TV, free calls anywhere in the USA and WiFi access. Connected rooms are perfect for those traveling with children or friends and are $167-$225, breakfast included for 4 people. These rooms can hold a 5th person with the addition of a rollaway for $20 more.
Large Rooms
(From $134) are all bigger and with more amenities include
Room 12, TV
and the Chamber rooms. Room 12 has a queen bed, open layout where the spa tub is in the room. Newly added is a door to the commode area! Some folks loved the open feel of this room, others needed more privacy between the bed and bath. Now we have both. Dish TV, WiFi and free phone calls. Chamber Room, on the 1st floor allows pets ($20 additional) and provides easier access for those with difficulty traversing stairs. The Chamber Room is our largest room and has two queen beds and bath with a clawfoot tub/shower combination. This room is $167/3-$225 for 4 people and with the addition of a rollaway can hold a 5th person for $20, breakfast included. The Chamber room is pet friendly. Large room photos to the left

The Hotel Charlotte is a simple
hotel with 10
individually decorated bed and breakfast hotel guest rooms, each with a private bath, most on the second
floor. All rooms are basic in their decor and have good beds, thick windows with sound proofing,
telephones with free calls to anywhere in the USA, Satellite
TV with hundreds of channels and WiFi throughout. Rooms on the second floor have
individually controlled heat & a/c units in the room. The photo above is traditional room 9 with a queen bed
and cast-iron clawfoot tub with shower. Full

from the 2nd floor, spanning the width of the hotel. This roomhas a queen bed, a cast-iron clawfoot tub/shower
combination, microwave and refrigerator and a unique floor plan.
