The Hotel Charlotte has 10 individually decorated bed and breakfast hotel guest rooms, each with a private bath, most on the second floor. All rooms are simple in their decor and have good beds, central air conditioning, thick windows with sound proofing, telephones with free calls to anywhere in the USA and Dish TV with hundreds of channels. The photo  above is traditional room 9 with a queen bed and cast-iron clawfoot tub with shower. Full rate chart below.

Traditional rooms are cozy and basic in their furnishings and decor. At $114 in the off-season $119 in the high season (May 15 through September 19), the price includes a pancake & scrambled egg buffet breakfast for 2 people and free internet. Most traditional rooms are queen bedded, although room 5 has two twins.  Upgrades for this year include Dish TV and phone in every room with free calls anywhere in the USA and we have added breakfast meat to our morning buffet. A full rate schedule is posted below and online with our online availability.

Adjoining rooms cater to small groups and families traveling together. Adjoining rooms are two bedrooms connected by the bathroom. Connecting rooms 1&3 have a room with two twin beds, the other a queen bed. Connecting rooms 2&4 have a double bed and two twins. Each room has Dish TV, free calls anywhere in the USA and WiFi access. Connected rooms are perfect for those traveling with children or friends and are $189, breakfast included for 4 people. These rooms can hold a 5th person with the addition of a rollaway for $20 more.

Large Rooms include Room 12, TV and the Chamber rooms.

Room 12 has a queen bed, open bath where the spa tub is in the room giving it a more modern feel than the other rooms. Dish TV, WiFi and free phone calls.

The TV Room overlooks the back of the Hotel from the 2nd floor and has a queen bed, a cast-iron clawfoot tub/shower combination and an electric fireplace and is $149 per night for two people.

The Chamber Room, on the 1st floor allows pets ($20 additional per night) and provides easier access for those with difficulty traversing stairs. The Chamber Room is our largest and has two queen beds and bath with a clawfoot tub/shower combination. This room is $189 for 4 people and with the addition of a rollaway can hold a 5th person for $20 additional, breakfast included. The Chamber room is pet friendly. Large room photos to the left
