 We
would like to thank all of our guests over the last year for your visits and
wish you a great deal of happiness in the coming year. We hope you will find

Fred Causey and a four course menu with Ceviche, Homemade bread,
Caesar Salad, Chocolate Mousse, a glass of Champagne, coffee or tea

Winter Schedule:
The restaurant is open Thursday-Sunday, from 5:30 pm and the
hotel is open 7 days a week. We leave on our winter recipe research
trip soon with the restaurant closing January 11th and reopening
on Thursday, February 8th. Upon our return, we will be looking to add a
Thai night for the balance of the winter....maybe longer!
We will be serving up Romance
on Valentine's Day, so do mark you calendars and give a call to
reserve you table! (Yes, we know this is a Wednesday, but it is also
one of our most favorite days of the year!)
