A month ago when I last sent the newsletter, I was pleased to write that Tioga Pass was still open, here we are again... and as of this writing, Tioga Pass remains open. Since Mr & Mrs. Weatherman have reported the pass closed several times already, please don't make (or unmake) your plans to visit Yosemite based on their weather reports. They have been wrong all fall, it has been absolutely stunningly clear! Call 209-372-0200, Yosemite's information hotline, (1, 1) for roads & (1, 2) for weather.
Winter Room Specials: 
Our Yosemite Pass Included program is very popular this year. Stay with us 2-midweek nights or 3-weekend nights and receive your $20 Yosemite pass, our compliments. This is an internet only special and must be requested at point of reservation.
This winter when you make an advance reservation, we will give you a complimentary room upgrade to our best available room at the time of check in. This offer is extended only to readers of this newsletter. You must mention that you are a newsletter follower when you check in. We can't guarantee that every night we will have a big room available when you check in, but if we do...its yours!

Dinner Theater at the Hotel Charlotte:
Our fall entertainment schedule has but one more sold out show on December 2nd, the Holiday Warm-up, in which I get to play the bells. I have 24 bells, three songs and a whole lot of folks ready to ring in the Holidays with me. Should be fun!
Wine, Murder & Music
Our Winter-Spring entertainment calendar was just published this week. Titled: Wine, Murder & Music we have a Winemaker's dinner on February 17th that is nearly sold out, two Cabaret Charlotte dinner theater events on March 2nd & 9th, Murder & Mayhem Mystery dinner on April 6th and the Gala event celebrating the world Premier of Love Potion #1, the new musical melodrama, on May 23. Most events are $49 including show, dinner, tax and tip. Reservations: 209-962-6455. More details will follow as we finalize the menus, but you can keep in touch from our website www.HotelCharlotte.com/restaurant.html where we will post details. We reserve the right to add more shows!

What else is happening this Fall?
- 11/24 & 25 Holiday Craft Faire Grovleand Community Hall
- Thanksgiving weekend the Hotel Charlotte restaurant is closed as we are off to visit family in the midwest. We reopen on Thursday, November 28th and will be open Thursday-Sunday through the end of the year. Then off again on Recipe Research, reopening in time for Valentine's Day.
- 12/2 Dinner-Theater: A Holiday Warm-up, mixed media & more. Hotel Charlotte
- 12/14-16 Pine Cone Singers Holiday Show EV Free Church on Ferretti Road $7 This annual event rings in the holiday spirit and rings in all the other events that follow. A family favorite.
- 12/17 ROOFBB weekly fundraiser at the Pine Mountain Lake Country Club. Victor will be cooking up some Asian treats, $10. Come on down for a fun evening with friends, neighbors and travelers.
- 12/31, New Year's Eve. We will be catering at Camp Tuolumne Trails. Contact us for contact information. The event includes dinner with a choice of lobster, lamb or filet mignon & dancing. Top hats optional!
