Tuolumne River Rafting has ended for this season, but it isn't too early to start your plans for a wet and wild ride in 2007!

Thank you to all who were our guests this past month. We have met some wonderful new folks during this last bit of the summer who we hope to welcome again and again!


These winning women of Groveland had a wonderful time in the 49er parade and were a colorful addition to the days events!

▫ Seasonal Specials: As of mid-September we installed our reduced pricing for the larger off-site properties of the Condo, Duplex and Lodge. Our fall rates are 20% discounted and all offsite properties still include breakfast back at the Hotel along with a whole lot of wonderful little features that are rarely included in a vacation rental. The Yosemite region rentals are great for families & friends of 5-10 and provide incredible savings when staying three or more days. Coming Dinner Events
October 19th: Cabaret Night with Dennis Brown & Friends benefiting the Pine Cone Singers, Come hummmmm and yummmmm with us! $49 includes fun, food, wine. Tax and tip are always included! Wines provided compliments of Vintage Gold. Because we will have a stage area in the dining room, this event has limited seating. Please reserve early for the best seats! 209-962-6455. This event qualifies for our stay & play package!

November 9th: Winemakers V with Mnt Aukum & Vintage Gold. These evenings have proven entertaining, educational and delicious! $54, as always, dinner, wine, tax and tip included!

Holiday Catering plans are well underway for many folks. If you need something special for your party or guests, give us a call. We can do events at the Charlotte with our beautiful "Charlie Brown" white Christmas tree or at a location of your choosing.

I would be remiss not to mention the 49er festival as it is our towns biggest event of the year, and this year was no exception. Photos are sprinkled throughout this newsletter and results are posted online at www.groveland.org. Folks are already reserving space for next year's festival, September 15, 2007.
