Book a room at the Hotel Charlotte, on the way to Yosemite!Dear Friends,
We are back from our annual research trip and right into the swing of it all again. Having just caught up on my backlog of reading, I wanted to share one of the best ideas I have seen in a while. The Yosemite Association suggests that members begin using the search engine GoodSearch.com. On your first visit select a charity of your choice (may I recommend the Yosemite Association?) to receive 1/2 of the search income from your searches. This is a great way to support the park that supports us!
For a real treat, check out the Yosemite Web Cams!

YExplore.com
I received another tidbit from yet another newsletter, YExplore.com. While they were promoting photo tours to the rare Horse Tail experience and although the dates have since passed, just exploring their website again reminded me what a professional group this is. The photos are stunning and if you ever wanted to have a unique and personalized Yosemite experience, this might just be the group to guide you.

May GAS (Groveland Art Stroll)
May kicks off our 3rd annual Groveland Art Stroll season where the Yosemite Chamber of Commerce coordinates a downtown Groveland outdoor art stroll the holiday Sundays of May 27th, July 1st and September 2. Matching the open space, nooks and crannies throughout our commercial district with regional artists, crafts persons, jewelry designers and more we bring folks together for a day of fun, gossip, lunch and shopping as they stroll through Groveland! We are now looking for artists to join us for 1, 2 or all 3 dates. For an information packet contact Chris Wilkinson of Sabre Design, 209-962-0342

Having traveled many of the freeways, byways and out-of-the-ways in and beyond Groveland, we are well prepared to help plan your trip to our little town and beyond. If you know someone heading our way, won't you forward this newsletter their way? Thank you.

We look forward to welcoming you (Again!)
