So much is happening this winter!
Annual Recipe Research Update: We
are back and did lots of eating, mostly in California, but we did spend one
weekend in Vegas, WOW! We will spend the next couple of weeks sorting
through our notes and then make a few changes to the menu, maybe even try
some items out as specials to see if you enjoy them as much as we do.
Lots happening in the next
few months and I hope you can join us for one or more of these marvelous
events.

is preparing a Japanese-themed night paired with wines from Cartlidge &
Browne, a small 25 year old Napa County winery. Tasty treats such as
edamame, fresh sushi with wasabi & ginger, tempura shrimp & vegetables,
teriyaki New York steak, and oodles more! This 6-course, 6-wines dinner
