Catering & Special Events is something we truly enjoy. From simple buffets to cozy sit-down dinners we can arrange a memorable party for your group, friends, family—Your place or ours—whatever the occasion. Book the whole hotel or a block of 5 or more rooms and we can provide a custom room & dinner package.
The Hotel Charlotte hosts the weekly Rotary lunch at noon every Tuesday and we have been named "home of the Red Hats" by the three local Red Hat Ladies groups. Each month we provide a meeting space and breakfast to Hetch Hetchy board of Realtors. Some of the events we have hosted include Tuxedoed New Year's Eve parties with DJ, dancing, dinner and more. We have done a filet & lobster dinner to celebrate an 80th birthday and a 25th wedding anniversary. We have hosted wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners. Victor has catered Cinco de Mayo and Residents Club for 200 people, handled Monday Night Football for a 100 people, hosted a Friday the 13th Celebration, a 75th Birthday extravaganza, a Hawaiian Murder Mystery, wedding Receptions, club annual dinners, graduation parties, birthday parties and anniversaries, wedding showers, lunches and dinners alike. We require a minimum of $300 to open the restaurant for a special occasion. Lunch prices start at $18 and dinners at $25. Call us with your specifics and we will work up custom pricing with or without a bar, buffet or sit-down. A typical menu includes a starter, soup or salad, main course, dessert and a beverage of coffee, tea or iced tea, tax and tip.

For those who enjoy crafts like
card making, stamping and scrap booking we do a monthly program on the 4th
Monday of every month with Kristi King of Stamp'n Up. The price of $25
includes a 3-course lunch with beverages, tax, tip and all your supplies
for 3 fancy cards. The program starts at 10 and ends by 1:30.
One of our local red hat clubs, the Sierra Red Hats put together a "Calendar Girls" calendar for 2007. They
did their photo shoot here at the Charlotte and hosted a Calendar Signing
luncheon with great success. They printed and sold 300 calendars.
