Bring your small business or corporate department to Groveland for your next meeting. We are wired with WiFi DSL Internet access throughout the Hotel for those who travel with their own laptops. Others have access to a guest computer with highspeed DSL hookup.

Corporate Travel Rates,  April through October we offer 10% off our leisure travel rates for stays Sunday through Thursday nights based on single occupancy and include our all you can eat pancake & scrambled buffet breakfast. November through March we are able to be a bit more generous and offer 20% on traditional rooms or 25% on large rooms, Sunday through Thursday nights, single occupancy.

Reservations are confirmed and guaranteed for late arrival with a credit card. To get this rate, advanced reservations are required. Walk-ins are always welcome, but will pay our leisure travel rates.

Whenever available, we will provide a complimentary room upgrade to our business travelers.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express and Diners Card.

Group Meetings with a Meal:
With advance notice a breakfast or lunch meeting may be arranged for a small group up to 59 people. Breakfast guests not staying at the hotel pay $11, hotel guests are complimentary. Lunch meetings are $18 per person. Room fees are waived for the first three hours.

Business Meetings (no meal): Although we do not have a separate meeting room, we can comfortably accommodate up to 39 people in our largest dining room for business meetings and another 20 in the smaller room. These rooms are connected with a 1/2 wall. Many of our events use both rooms together for 59 people. There is a high-end microphone system with 4 wireless and one hand held microphone. Fees are based on number of attendees, how many guest rooms are reserved, services required and length of the meeting, call to discuss your details 209-962-6455.

Fax Services are available at $1.00 a page domestic and $2.00 a page international. Incoming faxes are complimentary.

Copy and Print services are also available. We can do light copy work from our hotel printer machine at 25 cents a page. We can also print your documents for you from a disc or the internet at 25 cents a page. Color prints or copies are 50 cents a page.

Document editing, layout, design, typing, or other business services needs can be arranged with prior notification, generally $25-$60 an hour with a one hour minimum required.

Twelve visits in a twelve month period earns you a a complimentary room night in one of our standard queen rooms. If work is bringing you to Groveland for an extended period, Please let us know so we can start tracking your visits for our frequent traveler program from your first stay. Not valid with other discounts.
